CG07- Baryte with Fluorite. Xiefang mine, Rujin, Ganzhou, Jiangxi, China.
New find of golden Baryte with purple Fluorite coming from Rujin in China. The Baryte crystals have tabular shapes showing a very high brilliance and a vivid yellowish orange color. These new specimens stand out for the striking contrast of the Baryte crystals settled on a matrix of botryoidal crystallized Fluorite with deep purple/violet colors. The Fluorite is brightly fluorescent under longwave ultraviolet light and also shows good fluorescence under shortwave ultraviolet light. Very nice small specimen with a main large aerial crystal that stands out clearly. In excellent condition.
